Bad service

Went there with my husband he was supposed to do his operation today but was told to go back home because they are fully booked for the this year but what I don’t understand is why was he told to come on the 5th of November only for him to be told he cannot do the operation after being in the que for hours mind you he has been there for more than 3 times he came and he was give the date in September if I am not mistaken he even went again just to make sure if the date that he was given was correct I need answers on this matter and I have to take a day off from work for nothing
