Edenvale Clinic- They told me they were closed during work hours

I arrived at the Clinic as O was not feeling at exactly 15:05pm and informed ghat I was there to see a Dr or Sr who is available as I'm not well. I was told that they are closed but the operating hour's are from 08:00am to 16:00pm. As a public sector which if free and their to help the sick, why are we chased away and told to come back the next working day if I arrived during operating hours?

Thus Clinic needs to get reviewed and fast as I am frequently here and the level of service is really degrading. I could even point the nurses out that told me to come back the next day which is the 2nd of May 2025 when I needed help on the 30 of April 2025. So in conclusion my health isn't a priority to them that it can wait as it "doesn't suit" them to work at 15:05pm
