Edenvale Child Welfare

I have contacted Ranga from Edenvale Child Welfare on numerous occasions via e-mail and whatsapp regarding my daughter Zanelle Douglas (15 years) that has been diagnosed with ODD/Conduct Disorder seeking assistance in getting her in a place suitable for someone with her condition as she is verbally and physically abusive. She runs away on a constant basis which is very dangerous for her. She is a danger to herself and to others. Ranga and myself went to Germiston Children's court together seeking help on the 13th of March 2019. We spoke to the Clerk of the Children's Court, the Senior Magistrate of the Children's Court and the Court Manager. None of them were able to assist as according to them they can only assist if my daughter breaks the law and get arrested. Or I need to find a place for her and get a letter that they will accept her. Ranga then had to compile a report on Zanelle. It was all promises that I will get assisted by them. She was again hospitalized on the 19th of March 2019 for 21 days. Violet the Social Worker of Glynnview hospital together with doctor Allers also from Glynnview hospital were supposed to assist Violet in compiling a report which would have made it easier for Ranga to get Zanelle into a place of safety. Once Zanelle was discharged Ranga doesn't take my calls, don't reply on my e-mails or whattsapps. Is she the right person to be working at Child Welfare. Or must we become one of the statistics where the child ****s the parent?
