extremely poor service

We drove from cape town up to plett, when we got here cutlery and crockery was dirty, bathroom full of dead moths, dirt all around the chalet. We booked to stay here for a week and I told shirley I was not happy and wanted to leave the next day. She in turn said she sees nothing wrong with the place and cant refund me till talking to the owners but I could leave if I wanted to. She then told thr porter of how impossible I am and how I am overreacting. I feel I have paid enough money for accomodation to come to a clean place. Doors dont lock, no curtains in the bath. Six man chalets and only 3 glasses, I did not pay R6000 to be treated so badly and management is nowhere to be found. All round poor service from shirley and management. You chase people away before they get to feel comfortable. All I can say is good luck to other people coming to stay here
