"Eden's events". Host worse nightmare

Host worst nightmare. I approached the events company called Eden's events formally known as Plattermania to cater for my daughter's birthday party. She requested immediate deposit payment of 50% a month prior to the date and balance of 50% 10 days prior to the event . On the day of scheduled party she arrived 2 hours late. With no food and party boxes for the 30 kids. Gave a story regarding the printing that couldn't be done on the day. Kids had no food and the platters that she provided for adults had to be given to the kids. All guests left hungry , some never even ate. We catered for 60 guests and only received food for 30. No sincere apology just a list of excuses and why she was not at fault. Upon request of refund there was one story after the other. She has since deleted her business Facebook page and change her business name numerous times prior to the incident. Please be aware.
