Problem with reaching Municipal office about issues at Edenrus flat Pretoria.

I live in Edenrus apartments in Arcadia Pretoria. We have been having huge problems with the caretaker. The first issue occurred when I first moved in. He threw my belongings outside. After that he has even gotten physical. I have called the Board of Trustees and complained many times, they do nothing. He put his hands on me, that is unacceptable.I have called the Rental Tribunal office for 3 consecutive days, they do not respond to their phones. I do not know who else to reach out to. I do not feel safe in the very building i am renting out.

Please help me by reaching out to people who can do something. As soon as possible, i am in fear of my safety. Kind regards
