Eden tech and their ****ming tactics

Rivonia store : sold me a pair of earpods that do not work , salesman at the store took payment outside the store as he said the store was closing and needed a cash payment when I presented my cars to pay for the earphones - as a result we walk out of the store with the earphones and on our way to get the cash at the ATM , he asks me how much cash I have on my person (he had already told me the earphones costs R399 )

So I pay him R300 - because it's the only cash I had available.

When I get home , I find that these earpods ( fresh out of the box and sealed ) do not work at all, does not switch on , does not connect and neither does it charge. They sold me a faulty product and is a direct violation of my rights according to the consumers act.

They do not even want to give my money back . They insisted on me coming back to swap out for another one of their - possibly faulty - other products
