Poor Plumbing Job by Eden Roofs and Rooms

I paid Mr Ryno Van Rooyen close to R32000 for a plumbing job in Glen Anil Durban. Work started early December , A 60% deposit was paid for the first set of pipes which were were laid and according to the contract I paid him another 30% for the next stage which was never completed. Once 90% was paid Mr Van Rooyen asked for another R3000 to buy extra pipes. Once I paid him all work stopped and he dissapeared. After multiple arguments he simply abandoned site and told me I could lay a charge , he refused to come back. I have had to hire another plumber and will incur a further R12000 to complete the job. Do not use him for any work!
