Worst experience at Eden perfumes

Bought a perfume at eden perfumes a week ago, only to find that it does not have a scent at all, it smelled like I was spraying myself with water, used it for 2 days because the first day I was in denial, thought maybe it's a new smell which I am not used to, second day same thing, I then called the branch which I bought the perfume at, they kept on transfering me to different people, ended up googling head office to tell them about the problem, I was told to return it and wait for 7 working days for it to be investigated, I did, until this day I heavent heard any feedback from them even though I called them myself numerous times asking for feedback, my 250 Rands went down the drain
