Where did we go wrong?

I’ve been a loyal EP customer for about two years now and I am so disappointed in their service for my recent order. I had already decided to give them grace for the delivery process not being smooth but to my dismay they even gave me the wrong order. I ordered Pandora and was given Whipped which I honestly hate. I can only hope their way of rectifying this won’t further inconvenience me!!
