What you test in store is not what you get online!!!
I bought their zodiac scent online and i got my order, issue is the perfume i received only lasted 30 min on me which i found strange as i had tested the perfume in their store and it lasted on me but the one i bought did not last. I will not be buying from them ever, will stick to fine fragrance as those last longer than Eden's perfumes. They are just over hyped for nothing!!!!😡😡😡😡

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience you have experienced with our brand. We can assure you that we have not changed any of the ingredients or oils used in any of our products, nor have we ever compromised on the quality of our products.
We pride ourselves on, and owe our success over the past 10 years to, our excellent quality oils and perfumes, and we would NEVER intentionally alter any of our perfumes, in any way, EVER. In the event that we should ever need to alter any perfumes or ingredients, customers will be notified to ensure than an informed purchasing decision is made. The oil used in our perfumes in store and for our online store are the exact same oil, there’s absolutely no difference between them, it would ********* to try and “trick” the customer in this way and that is not how we conduct our business at Eden Perfumes.
Our customer support team will reach out to you to organise for the perfume to be brought back to head office for testing as we do realise that there is a possibility for human error in our production process, therefore there could be something wrong with the batch that you have purchased. (this rarely happens as we have many quality controls in the factory to prevent this from happening, so although it is highly unlikely it is not impossible)
Once again we apologize for any inconvenience caused , but please be assured that we are a reputable and ethical company that has been in business for 10 years, with 26 stores countrywide . Compromising on our quality is not an option for us.
