**** Products and Bad Customer Service!!!!

Just like many other unhappy customers at Eden Perfumes I bought a bottle of man Cologne and only to find out it did not last for even two hours i returned the bottle at the store and to be told they would take it to the Lab and give me a call in two weeks and to my surprise no one called.

Now after I called their head Office I was told they tested the cologne and there is nothing wrong wrong with it.

Now what I have picked up with Eden Perfumes is that I was not the only customer to complain of a product that did not last and was given different Excuses and they seem to be getting away with it.

This Company does not respect the views and complains of the very same people they take money from and it keeps happening...well I want to make them very famous for a very bad service and not acknowledging their wrongs.
