Perfume not smelling
Bought a R425 perfume that doesn't smell, returned it, they did few test on different customers some also could smell it, so I was told I must either take perfume back cos they can't refund or exchange the perfume even when I suggested they exchange with something lesser or even a tester perfume they refused. The perfume was not even a week old since I bought it.

12 Mar 2025, 10:35Regarding the perfume I called the manager who told her staff to either take the perfume to head office to be tested for 2 weeks or "I must take perfume back and if they felt threatened they must press the panic button" , so I can be removed from the store by the security, imagine paying R425 for a non brand perfume just because I needed a perfume only for it to not last even sprayed on skin and then be treated like dirt when you try to ask for better service, I even called the so called head office only for them to tell me about company policy not to returned a used perfume that does not have a scent, how are you going to sell a perfume fades away after few minutes to other customers? Out of disappointment and heartbrokeness I left the perfume and its slip on their counter, I wished I never entered that store but now my money went for nothing, I should have just went to Dischem and bought myself a nice scent perfume. See me at eden perfume Vaalmall kill me please!! I'm never buying a perfume there anymore.
