Lack of communication and bad customer service
I place my order last week Wednesday with the hope that I will receive my order before Friday as they per my referral, I called today to check the status of my order as the last communication was when I received order confirmation, I tried to call today check the status of my order as they have not even dispatched it or hand it over to courier, the excuse was they were busy with stock take that’s why there is a delay. I will never order again based on there was no communication
