Fragrance poor quality
I'm not a happy customer!! I used to buy my perfume from Eden Perfumes for many many years. I recently bought 2x different fragrances (Light Blue and Dazzle) during December 2025. However, I immediately smell the intensity of the fragrance is definitely not the same, smells diluted. In January I took the perfume to Eden Perfumes at Carnival Mall to complain, even the Sales ladies couldn't smell the perfume on me They send my perfume to the Factory for testing. The guy from the Factory called me, stating there is nothing wrong with fragrance, it's standard!! What a joke!!

Following your visit to our Carnival Mall store, the fragrances were sent to our factory for a full investigation. Our factory manager conducted all the necessary quality control tests and directly compared the batch in question to previous production tests. The results confirmed that the fragrance composition is exactly the same as our standard formula and meets all of our quality benchmarks. Longevity testing also confirmed that the fragrance lasts for numerous hours, in line with our established standards.
We understand that fragrance perception can sometimes vary due to factors such as skin chemistry, environment, or even changes in personal sensitivity over time. However, we would like to assure you that there have been no changes, dilution, or deviations in the formulation of the fragrances you purchased.
