The shops and staff that I have dealt with in Keywest have always treated you like you are special, but buying online topped the cake this time. The delivery of their product was over Black Friday ordered only on that day and delivered Monday morning already. That with a personalised handwritten card with my name and a lovely feel good message which has never happened when ordering something online.
