I would like to commend Kaylin from Eden Perfumes for promptly addressing the complaint I had from Westgate branch. She deserves all the stars for best service.
I was upset about what happened and she made sure that the bad service is corrected. Anita I hope you will will give a personalized service going forward and not expect customers to behave like robots .
I also received a voucher for the perfume which I am really excited about. Eden Perfumes does prioritize it's customers.
