Neglectance

My mother -in-law is in Eden Park old age home. She does not get the care she deserves and pay for. It is the most expensive old age home in witbank. She is in Frail Care and need to be taken care off. The put her to bed and leave her in bed, for that she got bedsores. Then they used wrong medication to solve it and now she is in Hospital in a Semi coma due to de-hydration and infections in the blood due to these bedsores. My sister in-law questioned the sister at the old age home and her answer was that if she must go(die) they must leave her and let her just go. That is not an answer to be given and that surely means they don't care if an old person lives or die. My husband and his sisters complain several times to the Head of the old age home , Mrs Schutte . She says that they are not allowed to complain for they not the ones in the home. Their mother must complain and she is not complaining so she does nothing. We need to know who can urgently take control of this old age homes behaviour towards the old people being neglected and left to die.
