Eden Park elderly neglect and poor financial management

My mom was transferred to Eden Park from Cosmos hospital 25 October 2022. Se sadly passed away of Septesimia 3 weeks after being admitted there. She had a bed sore of 7x7cm that was not treated. We are shocked and disapointed to know that we trusted this institution to give my mother the best care and she was uterly neglected. The photos we got from the hospital of a dirty nappy she was left with for more than 24 hrs and the bedsore was apaling.

Besides this we paid a cash deposit. After following up on the refund and statement of her account, we have received several promises of the statement and after 2 weeks we have still not received this. The lady in finance, Charmaine, very sarcastically gave me several excuses on why it is delayed as their financial records from 2021 (we are in 2022) are not yet done and they are behind on admin. Asking to speak to the director, Kariena Schutte, I was told that she is not available to take calls.

People should know aout this and the neglect and poor fianacial management of this facility in Witbank!
