School contact numbers do not work

My child is attending school there , lots her jersey at the school, I wrote a letter to her class. To try and assist to allocate it. Class teacher name MrPlaaitje Mc , however no luck , I tried to contact the school so the we can set up meeting with all her class mate parents , in order for them to bring all their children jerseys to the school so that i will be able to spot. but their number is not working, last year i tried to email them to proof of payment at the school i got no feedback that acknowledge my email/ fax

Can the school fix their number and I also wanted my child jersey back otherwise they will have to buy, going to the school in the morning normally they will tel you must come after school and most of the time at work i knock late
