I feel cheated.

Hopeless. Had about 180 sqm glue-down flooring laid. Marginally average job, but a year later the flooring is lifting. Reported the problem to Isabel who asked one or two questions and agreed to get in touch with 'the installer'. Since then she does not answer the phone or respond to communications. Advertised guarantees mean nothing. The flooring is lifting more and more. Avoid.
