I purchased an inverter and battery from IT On The Move (Pty) Ltd on29/03/2023 for R38500.00. The inverter had a warranty of 3 years and the battery had a warranty of 10 years. In June 2025 the system was showing faults. The battery wasn’t charging fully. I reported the problem to IT On The Move who appointed Eden Electronics (prtoprietor M Terblans) to arrange the repair. Numerous messages, phone calls and broken promises later (copies of whatsapps attached) the equipment has not been repaired or returned. It was removed 10 months ago I received a call from IT on the Move to say they had been having problems with the technician appointed to do the repair and then on 5/11/2025 they suggested That I open a case of theft. IT On The Move appointed the repairer dure to the equipment being under warranty. I subsequently opened a case of theft at the Walmer, Port Elizabeth, Police Station Case No.304/11/2025
