Poor Installation of Solar Inverter Systems

The most unprofessional Installer of Solar Inverter PV Systems performed by Deon van der Merwe. I've had given a contract to Deon to install two systems at two houses. These are the issues: 1. On "Inverter" selection on the change-over switch, Deon connected the single phase inverter output to all 3 phases of the house load - despite instructions to the contrary. 2. Took nearly 2 months of constant excuses before Deon commenced and completed the installation. 3. Despite Deon stating that all equipment will be properly mounted, my 3 sets of batteries were left on the floor on top of some packaging polystyrene sheets. I had to pay extra to have these properly mounted. 4. The Inverter was overheating inside the outdoor cubicle supp**** by Deon. I had to source and have cooling fans installed at my cost. 5. The batteries communications were not connected to the inverter as well as the CT as supp**** with the inverter. 6. A large amount of our household equipment coincidently failed during the time of Deon's installation work. We had to have all this equipment repaired. 7. A leak developed in our lounge roof due to the PV panels not correctly mounted. *****s can be seen coming out of the rafters from inside our lounge. It took a long time with much pleading to get this fixed. Comment by Deon afterwards was - "You might have to seal your roof properly''. 8. The installation manual states clearly that the supply to the inverter and the inverter feed to the house must be protected by 63A circuit breakers. Deon installed 32A circuit breakers and refuses to change these at his cost. I've had to have these changed at my cost by others. 9. It was agreed in a meeting that the batteries must be protected a 160A DC fuses. In one house, Deon installed 160A AC fuses and in the other house, Deon installed 100A AC fuses. He was well aware of the requirement and danger of not installing the correct DC fuses. 10. One of the 100A battery fuses blew and burnt out the fuse holder and wiring. I had to have these repaired at my cost. Deon totally refuses to repair any of his mistakes. The consequences could have been dramatic.
