Eden Dunes horrible service

I did an enquiry with Zurika who is in charge of holiday accomodation last year. She gave me rates etc on one of the units. She put pressure on me for a deposit which I did. Then I got retrenched in October 2017 and cancelled everything immedialety and sent her pic of my retrenchment letter and she stated my deposit will be paid back to me. Numerous messages up and down and empty promises and refuse to give me the owners details. Tried to contact Zurika now again but she blocked my number. She said she will habe to pay the deposit out of her own pocket and doing me a favour refunding my money. Really terrible service from the person in charge from Eden Dunes . Will never go there again
