bad service delivery

we pd for driving lessons 10 lessons ahead. The learners is almost expiry so he was aware about the urgency we had 1 lesson after that we phoned to find out when the others will be they said he was sick he arrived late for the 2nd 1 they just drove out and he said they will have to turn back cause he is going to be late now that I'm asking the money back to pay the other driving school that is actually doing the lessons he is full of stories and says that he must first earn the money again before he can refund me cause he has medical bills to pay<br> I can't afford paying another school while he is in possession of my money
