Eden dried fruit and nuts do not respond to customer concerns about their products

I bought a packet of dried fruit and found some pieces with. what looked like mold or similar substance of the fruit. I took pictures and sent it to the Eden mail address for their feedback.

However, Eden did not bother to respond to my query/complaint and for a food stuff supplier, this is poor service and I am now escalating this to HELLOPETER and the consumer council
