Bad serve from a waiter named Jonathan at Eden

I would rate the place a four but because the waiter that was serving us it a zero. He was very rude, unprofessional and arrogant. His name is Jonathan. We came in at 14:40 and his first approach was bad. He didn't even explain the special menu to us. We waited for over an hour after ordering, he didn't check on us to update on our order. We had to ask one of his colleagues for assistance because he didn't bother to care. W e served right after we complained and when it was time to pay for the bill he ignored us for like 2pmin straight. We had to ask again his colleagues for assistance. The place is nice and food is good but the waiter Jonathan was rude and *********.
