Initially I was very disappointed for waiting so long for my order. I understand that sometimes delays happen. And I do not blame Chernice, thank you for continuing through the criticism. Cannot wait to receive my order.😄

Batana hair products not received
On the 06/10/2025 I had ordered batana hair products from *** according to the service provider the items take 3-5working days after the date elapsed I followed up on my order and was informed the items has been dispatched and courier numbers will be sent till date I have not received my order. Supporting local business is not worth it this has been my second incident
