Bad service and poor quality beds
In January this year, my daughter bought a queen size bed called,The dream bed at Eden beds in George. I had told the Owner the bed needs to be 120kg. We were working on a budget too, but 120 was more important. After a month the bed started to sag, after 3 months the sagging was worst on both sides. I contacted the Owner and we couldn't resolve the matter. I then went to a lawyer and the lawyer sent him a letter of which the owner had **** about events. I am a very unhappy customer and sleeping on a sagging bed that feels like I am falling off. PLEASE HELP!!! .
