Eddies guest house is the worst

What a terrible place. Please people do not book with them. They have no business ethics at all! I have booked with them 3 months in advance and the lady was rude over the phone and then she tells me that is how she speak to clients. I felt unwelcome and decided to cancel. I do not want to go to a place if I already do not feel welcome. They refuse to pay my money back not even half. Eddie's guest house in Clarens is a no no!
