Be careful paying Leander upfront. In his favour he did come out on a Saturday evening after we had a geyser problem that leaked into the dB board and tripped the power. He said he needed to replace the db board breakers etc which he did. He charged me over R20 grand and then when I phoned him to say we had a problem with one breaker, he diagnosed the fault over the phone and wanted another R3200 before he would come back. It turned out to be a faulty breaker that I had replaced by the plumbers electrician when they were checking the geyser. He wouldn't come back to do the COC which I had payed him for. Now I'm getting ghosted.
