Xenophobic ************** at Jet / Edgars Mall Of Africa

I am a foreigner with a valid Critical S****s work permit. I tried to open an account at Jet Mall of Africa end of August 2017. An agent called me and told me my account was denied because my permit had less than 6 months on it, and to re-submit the permit when I renew it.

I renewed my permit in October 2017 and it now has 5 years. Went back to Jet Mall of Africa and provided the documents. They where then scanned and sent I presume to Edcon and first they said they didn't get the documents, and then they where sent again. After they got the documents, they just said that I have to wait a year before re-applying. I asked why and they did not give me a response.

I wrote an email to: ********** explaining the situation and submitting my documents and they responded saying that I should go to the retail outlet and resubmit the documents. I have done this, but at the shop they say I can't open an account.
