Xchange
I bought Nappies at jet which happened to be the wrong size.. Went to Carlton center jet stores to return them and Phumi and mime refused to xchange them for a bigger size. Refused to give a reason why.. Now I'm stuck with Nappies that I can't use.. They even gave me an attitude and just didn't care
