Worst service ever from this Edgars

Very poor service, cannot locate my account, transfered me to a debt collecting agency and they also stated the account is closed but edgars still refuses to give me a letter to state this.

Extremely poor, expected more from you guys really.

As for the customer service department, they refuse to help, put me on hold for over an hour until the call drops.
