Worst service ever

I made a payment by eft into my edgars account on the 6 July 2020 ,to date payment has not been allocated into my account instead am getting smses that i did not pay ,i have been calling edcon customer sevice on *** every second day and i am told i will be get feedback in 48 hours however it will now be 48 days ,no feedback on email or phone call ,I have also been refused an oppotunity to speak to thier team leader they advise they are busy on a call or they are not available they will call me back .
