WORST HR EVER!!!!
I called Edcon more than a week ago because I worked there a while ago and needed a UI19 and a salary schedule from them, because I need to process a UIF claim and at the DoL they have stated that while in their employment I earned R0 salary?? After waiting on the line for more than an hour, yes an hour I eventually get through to an agent who could barely speak English?? He advises that he has requested the documentation but didn't even take my email and put the phone down before even really hearing me out. Edcon will be the cause for me not being able to claim benefits due to me. Pathetic excuse for a company. I am so so so disgusted and in a total hole because I have no idea what to do now??
