Worst customer service ever

I have received the worst possibly service from Edcon/Jet by far! For years i have paid my credit insurance for incase something happens and now that i got retrenched last year and submitted my claim they hand me over??? i have sent through numerous emails with no response. I will not recommend them to anyone.
