Worse customer service ever

What a shocking experience at Edgers fourways mall I whent to inquire on my account as an account holder . I was being assisted by the lady called Thandi unprofessional disrespectful and she really waisted my time and send me to cellular counter where I met the guy called mpendulo who is a lier and he even **** about his name and he called himself Beny knowing that Beny is no longer working there. This guy mpendulo he should be working in the warehouse because he doesn't know what is he doing he is as useless as Thandi and he also wasted my time and send me to Buhlebethu who I think she deserves to be on the management team . Edgars fourways mall is a joke the staff working for money they got no anger to help the customers and they got no customer service at all

After everything I then ask for a manager they gave me supervisor who then transfer me to Queen store assistant manager who witnessed the disrespect of Mpendulo who was performing in front of her

This store should be closed we can't have this kind of experience .
