World class Service

I visited Egdars Store in Mamelodi Crossing on the 21st of June 2020. My sole reason of bring there was to purchase a cellphone. Upon my arrival by the cellphone department, I was warmly greeted by a lady who offered me help. She engaged with me to understand what I actually wanted. She proposed the exact model that ticked all the boxes. The transaction took less than 45 minutes, I was quite impressed, to say the least. It was a seamless experience, I felt valued and taken care of. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Precious Kubani and Dipuo Mothwa - those two make a mean team.
