Why Edgars stores never get back to you

Ever wondered why Edgars en Jet stores never get back to you when they say they will. I use to work for the company some time back and was in a regional position. In my position, I was notified when the alarm in a store activated and the store management could not be reached. I have been out of the company for almost a year now, and STILL I receive calls from the alarm companies telling me that they could not get hold of the key holders. Now if this is how Edgars and related stores deal with, what should be important items, imagine how they deal with your issues. In almost 12 months they could not remove my name from their alarm lists and is totally unaware of burgaries or alarm activations taking place, so your issue is most probably also tatally forgotten and they couldn't care less.

Edcon, maybe you should get your house in order, then your service will also be better. If you can't address and correct the internal issues and items, you can't expect to deal with the external issues of your customers. Maybe it is time you start looking in the right direction.

If you are reading this and is a *****, now is the time to rob a Edgars or Jet store, as I will not be attending or making any effort to let them know the alarm was activated, as I no longer get paid to do so.

WHY SHOULD I CALL YOU TO FIX YOUR PROBLEMS?????? I'm still getting calls which means you have not even tried to resolve this issue. If you want me to call you to have this resolved, my fees are R10 000 per hour or part thereoff, if you can send me conformation that you will pay my fees, please do so and I will make the call. If not, I will be giving the telephone numbers of some of the high up executives to be called, ,maybe they will get this problem sorted.

As for your reply, pathetic, you just made the problem mine again, so you have NOT done your job and if this is how you deal with customers, I can understand why your customers are moving to other retailers, as your are NOT willing to address the problems, but just hand it back to the customer and make it their problem again, not resolving anything.

Still no feedback, this just confirm the heading, EDGARS DON'T GET BACK TO YOU AND THE CUSTOMER IS AN INCONFINIENCE TO YOU!!!!!!!!!! Good luck with the future, with this attitude the company will lose more and more customers and Mr Price will gain more and more.
