why edcon has an email facility which doesn't work.

I was asked to send an email to HRadmin for my query. There is apparently to contact numbers or a person so name handling my query. Let me tell you why...it's because Edcon can give you he run around till month to cover profit of their new owners, the banks. This email facility is so that they can respond it's been escalated and waiting feedback. Nothing has been escalated. Whatever money is ****** from you will only be returned at month end if you lucky. Do not stand for this...refer to consumer protection act. This system does not work Edcon...your customer service is of no help, neither is this email system.
