WHERE IS MY REFUND EDCON?????

Been struggling since may 2022 for my refund on my Edgars account to be paid back to me, I have called numerous times, sent numerous emails, only to be told there is "no turn around time indicated for processing of my payment" How is this an acceptable business protocol? Very quick to take your money, but when it is time to refund your account that is over paid, no one wants to assist you! I am fuming at this lack of service I have received.
