WHERE IS MY REFUND? 3 MONTHS....HELLO?!?!

I am currently at the end of my Debt Review programme. Sadly my distribution agent made an erronous payment to Edcon after my account was closed already. Account was written off on 2020-03-24. Payment was wrongfully made on 2020-05-06. From there we have been given the runaround woth no success. Edcon owes me the refund of the payment made in error, as well as a legally acceptable paid-up letter to supply to my Debt Councillor. It has been 3 months without any joy in this regard. Absolutely none. Emails arent answered, or responded to with ****y feedback, requesting documentation over and over and over and over and over again. Yet, no movement. Now all of a sudden, my account doesnt exist. WHAT? You admin issues should not be palmed off onto the customer. I have supp**** proof of transactions over and over and over again.

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE ASSIST?
