Vodacom Play Everyday Vouchers
<p>I'm not sure who is at fault between Edcon and Vodacom, on 21 April 2017 I received a voucher from Vodacom's" Play Everyday", the voucher is for a R150 discount when you buy for R500 or more at Edgars Active expiry date 31/07/2017, but today when I went to Edgars Active at Empangeni, Shop 5 OK Bazaars Ctr, Commercial RD, CBD I was told by the manager that they no longer accept these vouchers from vodacom. The gentleman did not even ask for the voucher to verify with the Head Office and Vodcom says they don't sell cloths but it is Edcon who uses their platform for promotions. What confuses me here is why continue to promote something that is no longer valid? and I'm not going to let this go until I get a valid explaination.</p>
We have escalated the complaint to the Edgars Active Empangeni mall management to address as our valued customer is not happy that you were not assisted accordingly with the Vodacom voucher. The store management will look into the matter and revert with feedback accordingly.
