VESSED PLATTINUM CELL PHONE

<p>I bought a Versed Platinum phone at Edgars connect Pan African Mall about a few months ago and the screen just cracked out of the blue. Since then I have booked it in to be repaired ,so yerterday i got a call from the store telling me that i need to pay about R650 to get a brand new phone,i mean why would i pay half of the price? and i Why would you sell these phones knowing that after sales support are non existent?? I am highly disapointed with this product and do not understand how a phone can be in the market but cannot be repaired, am I now expected to purchase another phone?</p>
