Very bad service from Edcon (Edgars)

I have been strugling for two months now to get a response and the credit in my account paid back to me. i have send about 10 mails to the debt review department and they just gave me a letter to say its paid but the 592.35 they owe me is still not resolved. i considder this very bad from a big company as edgars. you can phone them daily and still get nowhere they quick to give email accounts but not to pay back whats owed to me. my mother inlaw's account was paid up to date and she was pestered to make payment with 5 calls in one morning.
