UTTERLY POOR SERVICE

<p>I placed an order on the Boardmans website on the 28th of November 2016. After placing and paying for my order I received an e-mail containing my order number and also notifying me that my goods will be delivered within 2 - 5 working days. After the 5th working day (on the 6th of December 2016) I called them to follow up as I have not even received a tracking number for my order after which I was told that my order is still in the picking phase and haven't even left their warehouse yet! I called again the day after to ask when the order will be dispatched and the lady promised me that she will call me back with the expected time of delivery and after calling me back she promised that I will receive my order before 12:00 on Friday (09/12/2016). Upon phoning them today I insisted on speaking to the supervisor of the customer services department who then said she'll phone me back within an hour to advise on when my goods will be delivered. That was just after 13:00. I tried to phone again at 14:30 only to be told that they have all left to go to their Christmas party. It has now been 11 days since placing the order and I still do not have a clue when the goods will be delivered and IF they will even be delivered?? This is utterly poor service and I will not be placing an order with Boardmans in the near future. </p>
