Utterly disgusted

I am so annoyed by Jet and Edcon as a whole, the promised to fix my profile last year but they didn't. In fact they wrote off the credit that was ********** taken on my name at ITC but to my surprise they have listed me again. Do you realize that you have completely messed up my credit records!! My score has gone down to 750, all thanks to you. I can't believe the guy who was speaking to me after my previous Hello Peter over promised and under delivered. You need to to sort this mess out before I take you to the ombudsman. THIS IS THE LAST, I'm so annoyed by you and I was considering to open an account again in your group but now you have made me to not even want to go to your stores to purchase cash. I am highly irritated, I will also prefer you to sort this out without calling me, the last thing I want to do is to hear you pathetic lie again. The time is now 23:05, you can just imagine how furious I am. Just so you know, I had the same problem with Truworths and it was sorted out, this goes to show how *********** you are!!!!!
