useless service
Jet Mahikeng mall is the most useless. I got there to query regarding my account, to my surprise the teller tells me I have to go to the new accounts window as she is unable to assist. I sit there for almost an hour with none of the shop consultants to assist. Most are just standing by as if there is no one on the window. So useless!
