USELESS ONLINE ORDERING SYSTEM

I ordered one item from Jet Store and Since it has been "in transit" since the 11th of May 2019 and to top it up, call centre agents dont want to follow up with "their" courier service. Its really frustrating! vERY BAD ONLINE ORDERING!
